AFTER-HOURS RETURNS

Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours.

NOTE: Some locations may have a key drop available:

Drop Box Available: If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages or theft of the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day.

Drop Box NOT Available: If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock or leave the keys inside the car. The customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages to or theft of the vehicle and locksmith fees if they choose to lock the keys in the car). The customer can either choose to return the car the next day the location is open OR change the Drop Off Location to the nearest Regional Airport. Customer is responsible for all charges related to the drop-off modification.

GENERAL DIRECTIONS

AIRLINE PASSENGER: Located outside the baggage claim, the counter is at the main exit of the airport. Cars are parked in front of the airport parking area, a 1-2 minute walk.
RETURNS: If no spaces are available at the airport, customers may park the car in the parking lot 2 km away and will then be driven to the Check-In office and customer will be driven to the terminal for no fee.
