ALI - (Third Party Liability)
This is an “ADDITIONAL PROTECTION OF THIRD PARTY LIABILITY”. ALI covers all authorized drivers under the Rental Agreement of claims made by third parties by body injuries; death or damage to the property caused by the use or operation of an AVIS vehicle and increases the limits up to $300,000.00 according to the Terms and Condition of the Rental Agreement. When customer decline PDW or LDW and only purchase ALI, this protection will cover Third Party Liability up to $ 10,000.00.
