How it Works:
Lock the vehicle and place the keys in the key drop box for After Hours Returns located in the return area. Don't forget to remove all your belongings from the vehicle prior to returning the keys.
A vehicle that is returned after hours will be checked in when the location opens the next business day. If returning after hours when a location is closed, the customer is responsible for the vehicle until the satisfactory check in of the rental vehicle the next business day.
AIRLINE PASSENGERS: Customers should go to the baggage claim area and then proceed downstairs to the ground transportation level via an escalator or elevator to the Avis desk. After completing the contract, proceed across the street to the parking garage to collect vehicle.
WALK-UP RENTERS: Follow airport signs to the parking garage located on the ground transportation lower level. Proceed inside the airport to the Avis car rental desk.
RETURNS: Return your BNA car rental by heading to 1 Terminal Drive, Nashville, TN. Once you enter the airport grounds, follow signs for the Rental Car Facility. Once you arrive, check your vehicle for all personal items and exit the vehicle.
