For customers flying out they will need to proceed to the Airport Transit System (ATS) from the Multi-Modal Facility (MMF) back to the terminal.
AIRLINE PASSENGERS: The Airport Transit System (ATS) will take you to the car rental Multi-Modal Facility (MMF) at 10255 West Zemke Blvd. Once you arrive, please proceed to our rental counter on floor 1 to complete the car rental agreement. An Avis agent will direct you to the vehicles which are located on floor 2 of the MMF.
LOCAL RENTERS: Please follow the airport signs for Car Rental Return signs to O'Hare's Multi-Modal Facility to Parking Lot F; these will lead you to the facility.
CARS: Vehicles are located at 10255 West Zemke Blvd.
RETURNS: Car lot located at 10255 West Zemke Blvd.
Airline passengers will need to take the Airport Transit System (ATS) from the Multi-Modal Facility (MMF) back to the terminal.

The Airport Transit System (ATS) will take you to the car rental Multi-Modal Facility (MMF) at 10255 West Zemke Blvd. Once you arrive, please proceed to floor 2 and view the display board which will have your name and space number. If you have questions, please see an Avis agent in the Preferred Office.
