Tijuana Airport CBX, San Diego terminal, car rental return and pickup is located at 2745 Otay Pacific Drive, San Diego, CA. The rental car parking lot is right outside the Arrivals Terminal. After you return your vehicle, you can cross the skywalk bridge to the Mexico side of Tijuana International Airport.

WALK-UP RENTERS
The Cross Border Xpress terminal is located on Otay Pacific Dr which is south of Siempre Viva Rd between Brittania Blvd & La Media Rd. Proceed inside the Arrival Terminal to locate the Avis counter. Rental cars are parked outside the Arrival Terminal.
After-hours Returns
Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the Drop Box located in the Returns area. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.
