The rental counters close every night at 2 AM; however, there is an agent on duty in the returns area to check in car returns 24/7.
AIRLINE PASSENGERS: Follow signs to the baggage claim area then exit glass doors near carousel number 3, walk to the designated rental car shuttle bus stop and board a common rent-a-car bus for a 4-minute ride to the rental car facility. The busses operate 24 hours a day and depart regularly for the rental facility. Upon arrival at the Rental Car Facility, proceed directly to the Avis rental counter.
RETURNS: Enter the rental car return entrance off of 55th Street. Follow signs to Avis vehicle return which is located on level 4. After returning your vehicle, proceed to the elevator and take it to the first floor. The shuttle bus stop outside the lobby. The busses depart regularly for the airport.
WALK-UP RENTERS: Enter the rental car return entrance off of Laramie Street. Upon arrival at the Rental Car Facility, proceed directly to the Avis rental counter on the first floor.
RENT-A-CAR AND FUN/LUXURY CAR AND 4X4 LOCATION
