Important information: Work is currently underway due to the upcoming arrival of the Tramway. Traffic is disrupted and on some flight arrival slots, the travel time between the airport entrance and our car park can be extended from 15 to 20 minutes.
Airline passengers: The agency AVIS BUDGET is located in the main building the terminal hall B at the arrivals level. Guests arriving at BILLI Terminal must head to the main building of the terminal and reach the arrival-level B-level hall.

Go Directly to the cabin located in the rental car park opposite terminal B from 07:00 to 21:00. After 21:00 go to the Avis counter located at the arrival level terminal B, a dedicated queue awaits them.

When you land at Bordeaux Airport, head from the arrivals hall to our desk. One of our members of staff will process your booking, and then you may proceed to collect your vehicle at the Car Rental Centre.
If you've rented a car from the train station or a different Avis hub but wish to return it at Bordeaux Airport, then you must arrange your return prior to the commencement of your rental agreement. If you return your car to Bordeaux Airport without specifying in your rental contract, a fee will apply.
