Rent a Car
Preferred ServiceProceed to the Avis rental counter. Show your drivers license and identify yourself as a Preferred Renter to the Avis rental agent in order to receive your preprinted rental document and keys.
A reservation is required for car rental at this hotel. The reservation must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours, the customer must contact the location directly to confirm that delivery can be confirmed.
DELIVERY OR PICK-UP:
For online reservations: There is no available car rental parking at Loews Hotel so the vehicle reserved will be delivered to the hotel and or rented from our nearest Avis location at 214 N Clark St. The vehicle will be delivered at time requested for Preferred, Preferred Plus, and Presidents Club Members. For all other customers with reservations that do not hold an Avis status mentioned above a shuttle will pick the customer up upon time requested and bring you to our nearest location at 214 N Clark St to complete the rental process. All customers will meet an Avis associate in the roundabout in front of the hotel for delivery of vehicle or for shuttle pickup.
If you would like to leave the car at the hotel, leave the keys and valet ticket with the hotel concierge. Call the Avis location to advise of car return. An Avis associate will pick-up the vehicle as soon as possible, but any additional expenses incurred will apply to the rental charges. To avoid additional expenses, you can return the vehicle to the Avis location at 214 N Clark St and an associate will gladly provide a ride back to the Loews hotel.
