Where is Avis at the Orlando Airport?

Preferred Service
Take tram to main terminal (exits on 3rd level). Follow signs and use escalator or elevator to baggage claim facility on the 2nd level. Take the elevator or escalator (near Carousels 6 & 13) down to the tunnel level. Walk across the tunnel to the garage and take the elevator to the second level. Exit the elevator and proceed to the Avis kiosk inside the garage.
The Preferred desk closes at 1:00 AM so, after that time, the customer will need to pick up the car at the level 1 terminal location.
TIME for tram ride: 1 minute
DISTANCE from counter to garage: 50 yds.
General Directions
Orlando Airport has temporary closed the B Side Terminals. Please proceed to the A Side for all rental needs.
Follow signs to baggage claim on Level 1 to find the Avis counter.
From Terminal A, cars are located on the second floor of the parking garage which is across from the rental counter.
At Return, please follow signage for A Side Rental Car Returns .,WALK-UP RENTERS Follow airport signs for Rental Car Return. They will lead to the Avis car rental lot.
After-hours Returns
Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the Drop Box located in the Returns area. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.

Find Orlando airport rental car return and pickup on the airport campus at 1 Jeff Fuqua Boulevard, (Term A & B), Orlando, FL. As you enter the airport campus, follow the signs to your departure terminal, and from there, look for signs leading you to Avis Rental Car Return.
