NOTE: Some locations may have a key drop available:
Drop Box Available: If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages or theft of the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day.
Drop Box NOT Available: If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock or leave the keys inside the car. The customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages to or theft of the vehicle and locksmith fees if they choose to lock the keys in the car). The customer can either choose to return the car the next day the location is open OR change the Drop Off Location to the nearest Regional Airport. Customer is responsible for all charges related to the drop-off modification.
Our rental facility is open for car rentals. To reach us via phone, please give us a call at the number listed on this page. Due to construction in and around the airport be sure to allow for additional time at least 5-10 minutes.
AIRLINE PASSENGERS - HAWAIIAN AIRLINES & COMMUTER TERMINAL
Follow signs to the baggage claim area. Proceed outside to meet the courtesy bus to take you to the Consolidated Rental Car Facility (CONRAC). Proceed to the Avis counter on the second floor.
TIME allowed for bus ride: 8 minutes
DISTANCE from terminal to car lot: 1/2 mile
AIRLINE PASSENGERS - ALL OTHER AIRLINES
Follow signs to the baggage claim area. Proceed to the crosswalks between pillars 58-64, and cross the street into the CONRAC facility. Proceed to the Avis counter on the second floor.
Returns: Follow airport signs for Rental Car Return. They will lead to the CONRAC, Avis return lanes are on the 4th floor.
WALK-UP RENTERS: Follow airport signs for baggage claim. It is best to be dropped off between pillars 58-64, and cross the street into the CONRAC facility. Proceed to the Avis counter on the second floor.

Preferred booth is located on the 4th floor of the CONRAC facility. Once you arrive at the facility, proceed to the second floor past the Avis counter, around the corner to the elevators, then proceed up to the 4th floor for service.
