Pick-up service policies (hours of availability, allowable pick-up distance, etc.) vary by location so it's important that you call the location and make arrangements for pick-up at least 24 hours before your desired rental time. When you call the location, be ready to provide all applicable information including precise address, exact time of pick up, and a phone number where you can be reached at that time.
Please note that an off-airport Budget location cannot pick you up at an airport that has a Budget location. In this case, either you must rent your car at the airport location, or provide your own transportation to the off-airport location where you prefer to rent

Optional Coverages
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) (Taxable) is compulsory and included in the rates.
Reduces the renters financial liability (NWE) for the Avis vehicle in the event of an accident.
Theft Protections (TP) (Taxable) is compulsory and included in the rates.
Reduces the renters financial liability (NWE) to the Avis vehicle in the event of theft.
Non-waiveable excess amount is between RGT 500 to 2000 depending on vehicle group rented.

Credit Card Policies
Avis accepts Avis Charge Card, American Express, Eurocard, MasterCard and Visa.
Debit Card Policies
Debit cards are not accepted.
Drivers License
At the time of rentals, the driver must present a valid drivers license in the drivers name from their country of residence. Customers presenting a drivers license in a non-Roman alphabet must also present an International Driving Permit (IDP) to serve as a translation in addition to their valid drivers license..

Public Liability and Property Damage
Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance.
Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.

At this location the minimum age is 23 for all car groups. Maximum age is 65.
