CAR RENTAL Chihuahua Intl Airport - MX (CUU)

GENERAL DIRECTIONS

RETURNS: Behind the airport parking lot is a sign that says "Autos de Renta", customer can leave the car where he can find the Avis logo. The key slot is beside the counter door. Place the keys and contract in the slot with the word "Buzon". Invoice sent via email or courier.
FBO: Service to the private terminal is available at the main terminal. Note: tail number and name of private terminal in reservation. The customer will be picked up and taken to the location for checkout.

AFTER-HOURS RETURNS

Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours.

NOTE: Some locations may have a key drop available:

Drop Box Available: If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages or theft of the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day.

Drop Box NOT Available: If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock or leave the keys inside the car. The customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages to or theft of the vehicle and locksmith fees if they choose to lock the keys in the car). The customer can either choose to return the car the next day the location is open OR change the Drop Off Location to the nearest Regional Airport. Customer is responsible for all charges related to the drop-off modification.
