Offer of one day free of the daily time and mileage charges on an intermediate (group C) through a full-size four-door (group E) car. Taxes, concession recovery fee, customer facility charges ($10/contract in CA) and fuel charges are extra. Optional items such as LDW and other surcharges may apply and are extra. Offer valid on minimum three-day rental. The renter is responsible for any additional time and mileage charges over one day. Coupon cannot be used for one-way rentals. One coupon per rental. Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other coupon, promotion or offer. Coupon valid at Budget locations in contiguous U.S. (excluding the New York Metro area). Holiday and other blackout periods may apply. If a rental begins during a blackout period, the whole rental is blacked out and doesn't qualify for use of coupon. An advance reservation is required. When you call the location, be ready to provide all applicable information including precise address, exact time of pick up, and a phone number where you can be reached at that time.
Please note that an off-airport Avis location cannot pick you up at an airport that has a Avis location. In this case, either you must rent your car at the airport location, or provide your own transportation to the off-airport location where you prefer to rent

All additional drivers must meet the same minimum age & drivers license requirements as the renter. An additional charge of USD 9.99 per day will be applicable for any additional driver.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is included in the rate
Customer is liable for the full value of the Avis vehicle if CWD is not taken. If CDW is purchased, the customer's liability will be reduced to an amount ranging from USD $500.00 to USD $2,000.00, depending on the car group rented.
Theft Protection (TP) is optional (taxable)
Customer is liable for the full value of the Avis vehicle if TP is not taken. If TP is purchased, the customer's liability will be reduced to an amount ranging from USD $1,600.00 to USD $40,000.00, depending on the car group rented.
Note: If you require additional insurance coverage you may purchase locally to reduce/remove the insurance excess. Just ask at the Avis rental desk when you collect your car.

For car groups I, M, N and P it is Mandatory to present 2 Avis honored credit cards.
Payments for Non-Prepaid reservations should be paid only by Cash USD, International Credit Card, or Lebanese pounds base on Sayrafa Rate.
Debit cards are not accepted.
All drivers must have held a full license for a minimum of 2 years. For foreigners an international driving license and valid passport is required.

Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance.
Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.
Responsibility: in case of non-adherence with the Lebanese traffic regulations, insurance will not cover damages incurred to vehicles due to accidents and all charges will be under renters full risk.
Rental period: minimum durantion for any rental is 24 hours, each excess of this will be charged as a full day.
Rule of the road: drive on the right hand side of the road. Seat belts are mandatory.
At this location the minimum age is 21 for all car groups. A Young Driver fee will apply to drivers between the ages of 21 and 23. The Young Driver fee is 9.99 USD per day per driver.
