Loss Damage Waiver (LDW)

Purchase of LDW relieves the customers financial responsibility to the Avis vehicle against damage cause by robbery, theft, fire collision and/or accident and total vehicle loss.  Exception: LDW is not available for groups F, K, M, N, and X.

If LDW is declined, the customer is responsible for the full value of the vehicle.

Theft Protection (TP)

Theft coverage is included up to value of car.  However, theft coverage does not cover stolen accessories (radio, hubcaps, etc.).

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

If included in the rates, CDW reduces the customers financial responsibility for the Avis vehicle against damage cause by robbery, theft, fire collision and/or accident and total vehicle loss.  The deductible for groups B, D, E, G, J and O is 1,000.00 USD: for groups F, K and M is 2,000.00 USD and for group N and X is 3,000.00 USD.
