Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours.
NOTE: Some locations may have a key drop available:
Drop Box Available: If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages or theft of the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day.
Drop Box NOT Available: If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock or leave the keys inside the car. The customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages to or theft of the vehicle and locksmith fees if they choose to lock the keys in the car). The customer can either choose to return the car the next day the location is open OR change the Drop Off Location to the nearest Regional Airport. Customer is responsible for all charges related to the drop-off modification.
The airport and the locations entrance are currently under renovation. Due to the ongoing renovations, the locations landline is temporarily unavailable. However, our team is actively monitoring emails! You can reach us at SAO3@unidas.com.br
COUNTER: All Avis customers proceed to the Unidas counter.
If arriving by car: the location is conveniently situated right next to the external airport parking lot.
If arriving by plane or walk-in: A dedicated transport will be waiting to pick up clients at Point B3 in the arrivals area. Please look for the UNIDAS sign.
CARS: Shuttle service provided from the airport to the rental car.
RETURNS: Return the vehicle to Rua Otavio Tarquinio de Sousa, 51. Customer will be shuttled back to the airport.
AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Not permitted.
