Pick-up Service Available
To use our free pick-up service, call your A rental location directly at the location phone number listed on your reservation confirmation. Pick-up service policies (hours of availability, allowable pick-up distance, etc.) vary by location so it's important that you call the location and make arrangements for pick-up at least 24 hours before your desired rental time. When you call the location, be ready to provide all applicable information including precise address, exact time of pick up, and a phone number where you can be reached at that time.
Please note that an off-airport Budget location cannot pick you up at an airport that has a Budget location. In this case, either you must rent your car at the airport location, or provide your own transportation to the off-airport location where you prefer to rent

Additional Driver Standard Policy
Optional Coverages
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is optional
Customer is liable for the full value of the Avis vehicle if Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not taken. If CDW is purchased, the renter's liability is reduced to $300.00.
Theft Protection (TP) is included with purchase of CDW
Note: If you require additional insurance coverage you may purchase locally to reduce/remove the insurance excess. Just ask at the Avis rental desk when you collect your car.
Global insurance coverages are always subject to change. Please verify at time of rental.
Credit Card Policies
Avis accepts Avis Charge Cards, American Express, BC Bankcard, Diners Club Int'l., Mastercard, Visa.
Debit Card Policies
Debit cards are not accepted.
Drivers License
1) International Drivers Permit (that has been issued within a year).
- Only A 6 size paper booklet form of IDP is accepted. Plastic form of or digital driving permit is not valid.
- A IDP must have been issued by the Embassy or Consulate and the country must be registered by Geneva or Vienna convention.
- A IDP issued from INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS ASSOCIATION is not valid in KOREA.
- Indonesia, Mexico, Colombia IDP is not accepted in Korea. Please check whether your country is registered by Geneva or Vienna convention or not.
- Must be Type D to rent Van with 11, 12 seats.
2) Local Driving License (a digital local driving license is not accepted.)
3) His/her passport.
4) His/her own credit card to make a payment.
- A payment will be made at the pick-up location with the driver's credit card. Please note that we do not accept cash and a debit card.
These are the requirements the driver must meet to rent standard and premium cars.
The driver must:
1) Have at least 1 year of driving experience.
2) Be at least 21 years old (must pass his/her birthday).
These are the requirements the driver must meet to rent Luxury, Premium Electric cars and Van.
The driver must :
1) Have at least 3 years of driving experience.
2) Be at least 26 years old (must pass his/her birthday).
Personal Accident Insurance
Public Liability and Property Damage
Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance.
Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.
Age Requirements
Minimum age: 21 for car groups B, C, E, F, G, J, K, L, M and O, 26 years for car groups H and N.

Estimated Totals
Approximate total includes base rate, taxes, and surcharges. Items such as one-way fees, coupon discounts, registration fee, child safety seats and gas are NOT included in the estimated total. Optional coverages and one-way fees are subject to tax in certain locations. This tax is not reflected in the Estimated Total.
