Damage reduction, damage waiver: by employing a Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW), the rate of the damage payment, i.e. the Lessee's financial liability in case of collision damage may be reduced to zero in case of collision damage, provided the damage waiver is purchased, which includes damages resulting from injuries to external body parts, tires, and rims. The damage waiver does not cover the cost of towing the vehicle in the event that the vehicle becomes inoperable due to a traffic accident. 
The full damage waiver fee is as follows: for categories A, B, C, D, I: gross EUR 25.00/day; for categories E, F, H, K, N, O, P: gross EUR 50.00/day; for categories G, L, J, M: gross EUR 60.00/day, which is charged for a maximum of 15 days per month (for long-term rentals, per month meaning every 30 days). 
The damage liability reduction product does not cover damages to the windshield, sunroof, side and rear windows, antenna, damages caused by improper use of fuel, or any damage occurring in the interior or cargo area, for which the Lessee's liability for compensation remains full regardless of the damage waiver amount, as well as repair costs resulting from improper use, and any other costs not listed in this section but arising during the rental period for reasons attributable to the Lessee, in particular but not limited to: 

• for any damage to the vehicle occurring during the rental period if it is not an insured event; 
• in case of theft or partial theft, if the Lessee has left in the vehicle any of the vehicle's keys, registration 
certificate, or documents proving ownership or usage rights before the authorities; 
• in case of theft or partial theft, if the Lessee cannot return any of the vehicle's keys to the Lessor; 
• for failure to immediately report to the Lessor's office any malfunction of the odometer device; 
• for any act or conduct of the Lessee or its agent that excludes or limits the insurer's liability for the damage; 
• for damage resulting from overloading of the cargo area and for other damage to the cargo area in the 
case of passenger or commercial vehicles. 

WINDSCREEN DAMAGE WAIVER (WDW) May be used in the event of damage to the vehicle's front or rear windscreen and the external glazed surfaces of the side windows, provided that the collision damage waiver (CDW) has been purchased. This service reduces the non-waivable damage excess to EUR 0 within the scope of financial liability for such damages. It does not cover damages to the sunroof or damages resulting from 
improper use. 
Fee: gross EUR 6.98/day, charged for a maximum of 15 days per rental period. In the case of long-term rental (minimum 30 days), this amount is likewise charged for a maximum of 15 days.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE SERVICE (RSN = Roadside Assistance Plus) Available only within the territory of Hungary in cases of lost or locked-in keys, flat tire, discharged battery, misfuelling or fuel shortage, or rodent damage in the engine compartment. In such cases, the service includes free roadside assistance, and where necessary towing of the vehicle. 
In the event of the above incidents, the Lessor provides coverage for free on-site assistance and, if the vehicle becomes inoperable due to the breakdown, for free provision of a replacement vehicle, depending on availability. 
Fee: gross EUR 6.98/day, charged for a maximum of 15 days per rental period. In the case of long-term rental (minimum 30 days), this amount is likewise charged for a maximum of 15 days. 
In addition to payment of the service fee, entitlement to the service is subject to the Lessee's proper use of the vehicle. The Lessee must regularly check the technical condition of the vehicle and the condition of the tires 
(maintaining the pressure prescribed by the manufacturer). In case of technical failure, even if caused by external impact, or in case of a puncture, the Lessee must immediately notify the Lessor and must not endanger 
the safety of the vehicle or other road users by further use. 
If the incident did not occur due to the Lessee's fault or for reasons attributable to the Lessee, the costs of tire repair or replacement shall be borne by the Lessor. The service covers only the types of roadside assistance described above and does not release the Lessee from liability for damages. The Lessor verifies the conditions for performing the service based on the information provided by the Lessee during reporting and decides on approval or refusal of service. 

PROTECTION PACKAGES (SC - Super Cover and SCP - Super Cover Plus) Available if the basic collision damage waiver and theft protection (CDW and TP) have been purchased. 
The SC - Super Cover includes an additional protection option that reduces to EUR 0 the non-waivable excess amount for damages due to collision, theft, as well as windscreen, tire, and rim damages, charged for a 
maximum of 15 days (in the case of long-term rental, per month, i.e. every 30 days), provided that the basic CDW and TP have been purchased. 
Fee: Categories A, B, C, D, I: gross EUR 38.00/day, Categories E, F, H, K, N, O, P: gross EUR 62.00/day, Categories G, L, J, M: gross EUR 78.00/day. 
The SCP - Super Cover Plus includes an additional protection option reducing to €0 the Lessee's financial liability for damages due to collision, theft, as well as windscreen, tire, and rim damages, charged for a maximum of 15 days (for long-term rental, per month, i.e. every 30 days), provided that the basic CDW and TP have been purchased. The protection package also includes the Roadside Assistance Service and Personal Accident Insurance. 
Fee: Categories A, B, C, D, I: gross EUR 50.00/day, Categories E, F, H, K, N, O, P: gross EUR 73.00/day, Categories G, L, J, M: gross EUR 89.00/day. 

FULL DAMAGE WAIVER FOR THEFT DAMAGE (STP) AVAILABLE ONLY AS PART OF A PACKAGE! 
An additional protection option reducing to EUR 0 the non-waivable excess amount for theft damage, charged for a maximum of 15 days (for long-term rental, per month, i.e. every 30 days), provided that the basic theft protection (TP) has been purchased. This option is available only as part of a package offer.

The prices of damage liability reduction products are in all cases payable as part of the rental fee at the time of contract conclusion, and non-refundable, even if the Lessee does not use the product during the rental period. 

The damage liability reduction products do not constitute independent insurance or product sales, but optional services related to the rental agreement, the purpose of which is to mitigate or fully exclude financial loss 
resulting from a damage event. 

Use of the damage liability reduction products does not affect the Lessee's obligations (e.g., police report at the scene, damage notification, etc.); liability reduction or exemption applies only if the Lessee has fully complied 
with all liability and cooperation obligations set out in the Rental Agreement and the General Terms and Conditions.
