You’ll find our Avis counter at Orly Airport located in the arrivals area of the airport’s Terminal 1-2 close to the entrance of the terminal just after baggage reclaim. You’ll be collecting your vehicle from car park P3 which is just outside the terminal.
Orly Airport (ORY), was originally known as Villeneuve-Orly and along with Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is one of the two international airports serving Paris. It is the busiest airport in France for domestic flights. It has routes to 175 locations in 48 countries and welcomes nearly 30 million passengers a year.
First opened in 1932 in the south of Paris, it is run by the Aéroports de Paris authority, which also manages Charles de Gaulle Airport, Le Bourget Airport, and several smaller airports in the suburbs of Paris and Île-de-France region.
Today, the airport is served by a metro line, a tram line and a people mover, with connections to the larger Paris transportation network. A new metro station at the airport, Aéroport d'Orly station was opened in 2024 and from 2027, the station will also be served by metro line 18.
The airport is located to the south of Paris in the suburbs of Orly and Villeneuve-le-Roi with good road access via the A106 and A6 autoroutes.

From the Avis car park at Orly Airport to the centre of Paris is a drive of 23km which will take around 1hr depending on the time of day. Head north from the airport and drive along the N7 and A106 and A6B following signs to the centre of the city.

Versailles
One of Europe’s most famous royal palaces is within a short drive of Paris Orly Airport. , With its lavish landscaped gardens, this remarkable 700-room palace and grounds is a designated UNESCO World Heritage site.
Disneyland Paris
Just a 50min drive east of Orly Airport and you can be at the world-famous Disneyland Paris theme park. It’s great for a family road trip but you can also stay there making it a base for several days. The park first opened in 1992 and has memorable rides including Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, Buzz Lightyear’s Astro Blasters and It’s a Small World.
Reims
The centre of the beautiful champagne producing region, Reims is around 1hr50min drive north-east of Orly airport. The city has rich and interesting place in French history - its 800-year-old Cathédrale Notre-Dame was where country’s kings were once coronated. Don’t miss the Basilica of Saint-Remi or the 15th century Salle du Tau banqueting hall.

Damage Waiver reduces the amount you pay for each clearly separate incident of damage if the vehicle is damaged (or the amount you pay to replace any keys, accessories or vehicle documents that are lost, stolen or damaged).
The amount you pay for each clearly separate incident of damage will be the lower of a) the applicable cost payable under the Theft, Loss and Damages Policy; or b) the excess stated on your Rental Agreement Form.

Super Damage Waiver (SCDW)
An excess reduction product which reduces your damage waiver excess to zero with a valid police report on cars or vans. (or, if higher, the amount shown on your Rental Agreement Form).

Theft Protection waiver reduces the amount you pay if the vehicle is stolen during the rental period.
The amount you pay will be the lower of a) the applicable cost payable under the Theft, Loss and Damages Policy; or b) the excess stated on your Rental Agreement Form.
Roadside Assistance Plus
Provided you are using the vehicle in a country which we have agreed to, this product provides roadside assistance without any additional costs being charged if you break down as a result of vehicle failure you have caused (this includes lost keys).
