Train passengers: To find our agency situated on a separate building outside the railway station, please go to the "train departure" side of the railway station. If customers come from Paris they need to take the stairs to the walkway to go on the departure side. Then exit the railway station, turn left and you will find the car rental area.

Valensole

A 50-minute scenic drive heading northeast from Aix-en-Provence High Speed Train Station leads to the beautiful little village of Valensole. Surrounded by verdant hills and with views of a river valley and the creeks running through it, Valensole is simply stunning. The nearby lavender and sunflower fields in the Parc Naturel Régional du Verdon will be a vision you’ll never forget.

The old village centre boasts plenty of charm too, with cafes, pretty buildings with traditional shutters, and an early 20th century sundial and grand fountain.

Arles

Arles is most famous for its Roman remnants scattered around the city. These include the Neolithic settlement of Alyscamps, where ancient burial grounds lie, a huge arena – Les Arènes d’Arles – and the baths of Constantine. The intriguing Roman history can be further explored at the Musée de l'Arles, where artefacts such as 4th century sarcophaguses are exhibited.

Other museums on the list are the Musée Arlaten, featuring furniture and folk art, and the Musée du Riz, where visitors learn the history of the local rice industry.
