When the agency is closed, the customer can return the vehicle keys in the key box that are located to the right of the entrance to the page where you are in front of the front door. There is no security code for entering or leaving the car park, it is strongly recommended to the customer to return the fuel before the arrival on Lyon Perrache (Petrol station BP, 84 quai Perrache 69002 Lyon)

There is the metro and the tramway (take the Carnot exit to get there) that allow you to take public transport. It's open 6 AM and close to 23h45 PM.
Train passenger: The agency is located on the ground floor of the station. The car park is in front of the agency.
*Important information: For the return of the vehicle, the customer must indicate on his navigation system "cours de Verdun Perache 69002 Lyon". Small precision, if the customer uses the WAZE navigation system, indicating "Gare Lyon Perrache" he will find himself on the parking of the agency.

Damage Waiver
In most cases, Damage Waiver is provided with the vehicle as standard. If it is included, it will be stated on your Rental Agreement Form (and in your booking confirmation).
Damage Waiver reduces the amount you pay for each clearly separate incident of damage if the vehicle is damaged (or the amount you pay to replace any keys, accessories or vehicle documents that are lost, stolen or damaged).
The amount you pay for each clearly separate incident of damage will be the lower of a) the applicable cost payable under the Theft, Loss and Damages Policy; or b) the excess stated on your Rental Agreement Form.

Super Damage Waiver (SCDW)
An excess reduction product which reduces your damage waiver excess to zero with a valid police report on cars or vans. (or, if higher, the amount shown on your Rental Agreement Form).

Theft Protection waiver (TP)
In most cases, Theft Protection waiver is provided with the vehicle as standard. If it is included, it will be stated on your Rental Agreement Form (and in your booking confirmation).
Theft Protection waiver reduces the amount you pay if the vehicle is stolen during the rental period.
The amount you pay will be the lower of a) the applicable cost payable under the Theft, Loss and Damages Policy; or b) the excess stated on your Rental Agreement Form.
Roadside Assistance Plus
Provided you are using the vehicle in a country which we have agreed to, this product provides roadside assistance without any additional costs being charged if you break down as a result of vehicle failure you have caused (this includes lost keys).
