In the event of any damage or loss caused to the rental vehicle by the Renter, irregardless of whether Renter is at fault or not, the Renter is liable to pay the full cost of damage to the rental vehicle, including loss of use as determined by Avis Vietnam. However, with the coverage of CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), TP (Theft protection) and PAI (Personal Accident Insurance), AvisVietnam shall be entitled to charge the renter a maximum excess fee as per the vehicle group each time the vehicle is damaged or stolen, irregardless of whether Renter is at fault or not.
