Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours.
NOTE: Some locations may have a key drop available:
Drop Box Available: If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages or theft of the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day.
Drop Box NOT Available: If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock or leave the keys inside the car. The customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages to or theft of the vehicle and locksmith fees if they choose to lock the keys in the car). The customer can either choose to return the car the next day the location is open OR change the Drop Off Location to the nearest Regional Airport. Customer is responsible for all charges related to the drop-off modification.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is optional, except for renters under the age of 25
Customer is liable for the full value of the Avis vehicle if Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not taken. If CDW is purchased, the renter's liability is reduced to an amount ranging from 8,000 BHT to 15,000 BHT, depending on the car group rented.
Theft Protection (TP) is optional
Customer is liable for the full value of the Avis vehicle if Theft Protection (TP) is not taken. If TP is purchased, the renter's liability is reduced to an amount ranging from 8,000 BHT to 15,000 BHT, depending on the car group rented.
Note: If you require additional insurance coverage you may purchase locally to reduce/remove the insurance excess. Just ask at the Avis rental desk when you collect your car.
