AFTER-HOURS RETURNS

Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours.

NOTE: Some locations may have a key drop available:

Drop Box Available: If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages or theft of the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day.

Drop Box NOT Available: If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock or leave the keys inside the car. The customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages to or theft of the vehicle and locksmith fees if they choose to lock the keys in the car). The customer can either choose to return the car the next day the location is open OR change the Drop Off Location to the nearest Regional Airport. Customer is responsible for all charges related to the drop-off modification.

GENERAL DIRECTIONS

Customers must proceed to the Avis Rent-A-Car counter located near Arrival Gate 3 at the airport. The location will take customers by shuttle to pick up their car (15 min. ride).
Customers need to return the car to the same place where they had picked up the car, and then they will be shuttled back to the airport.
(There are 12 rental car company counters lined up.)
- ANA, Air Do, Peach, Vanilla Air - Left side of the arrival gate
- Japan Airlines, Skymark, Fuji Dream Airlines - From the arrival gate, take the temporary passage to the right
(Note - The temporary passage outside the building passes next to the shuttle bus departure and arrival area, but customers cannot wait for the bus directly, so please proceed to the Budget Rent-A-Car reception counter.)
For customers using international flights:
After arriving at the airport, please proceed to the Avis counter on the 1st floor of the international terminal.
