GENERAL DIRECTIONS

AIRLINE PASSENGERS: Upon arriving at Haneda Airport, please contact us after you have retrieved your luggage. We will send a vehicle to pick you up. Please note that it may take 10-20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive.
SHUTTLE MEETING POINT AT EACH TERMINAL
Customers arriving at Terminal 1: Please wait at Exit 8, North Wing, 2nd floor departure lobby.
Customers arriving at Terminal 2: Please wait at Exit 6, 2nd floor departure lobby.
Customers arriving at Terminal 3:
1. Exit the 2F Arrival Lobby and go straight, keeping the information counter on your left.
2. Follow signs for “P Parking” and turn left.
3. Take the moving walkway straight to P5 parking.
4. Use the elevator in P5 to go down to 1F.
5. Exit the waiting room and turn right to reach the pickup area.
