NOTE: Some locations may have a key drop available:
Drop Box Available: If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages or theft of the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day.
Drop Box NOT Available: If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock or leave the keys inside the car. The customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages to or theft of the vehicle and locksmith fees if they choose to lock the keys in the car). The customer can either choose to return the car the next day the location is open OR change the Drop Off Location to the nearest Regional Airport. Customer is responsible for all charges related to the drop-off modification.
This is an unmanned location with pickup service only. Customers with confirmed reservations will be met at the airport. Flight information must be on reservation. An Avis rep will meet the flight and take the customer to the downtown location for vehicle collection.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): CDW reduces liability to an amount between 103 000 CFP and 293 000 CFP depending on car group rented in the event of an accident or theft of the Avis vehicle.
Theft Protection (TP) with excess is included.
Important: In the case of any damages (including when optional coverages are purchased) a non-refundable admin fee of 3000 CPF will be charged. In case of an accident, the driver must complete an accident report and present at the nearest Avis office.
