The Avis APP has GPS to direct the customer to the lot and bus stop. It also tracks where the buses are and gives a time frame of how long he bus will arrive. Tap on “Track the Bus” on the APP.

  • Using the APP you tap on “My Car” at the bottom of the app.
  • Tap “Unlock” or “Lock”
  • Customer must enter their password or TouchID in order to flash the lights. This is the same password as avis.com

Proceed to the Preferred booth or desk for a new car assignment.

No, instead there is a phone number included in the text message to call for assistance.

Additional drivers need to stop by the counter to fill out the additional driver form.

  • Preferred customers renting at Connected Locations have the option to Exchange or Upgrade using the app.
  • The App shows information of the assigned vehicle such as: make, model, color, year, MPG and how many passengers the car will accommodate. 
  • Tap “My Car” located at the bottom of the screen.
  • Tap “Change Vehicle” below the car image.
  • The “Confirm Vehicle” button is located to the left.

The location is closed and a new reservation can be made for the next morning.
