|Parsippany, NJ Mar 3, 2008 - Avis Rent A Car is giving travel agents a new way to increase revenue and satisfy their clients every time they book a rental of one of the makes and models in Avis' exclusive 'Cool Car Collection'.
Starting March 3, travel professionals enrolled in Avis' Club Red program automatically earn $5 for every 'Cool Car' Rental of three days or more.
The Avis 'Cool Car Collection' includes the 2008 Chevrolet Corvette convertible, the newest addition to the fleet. The 'Vette' joins the Nissan Altima, Ford Escape SUV and Toyota Prius gas/electric hybrids; the series also includes the Cadillac CTS, Hummer H3, Lincoln MKX, Chrysler Crossfire and other fun-to-drive vehicles.

Avis' Club Red loyalty program is open to all travel professionals in the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands and offers incentives to agents who include Avis in their travel offers. Club Red members typically receive $1 for every Avis rental of three or more days booked. The basic program has no blackout periods, end dates and Saturday overstays are not required.
