Drop Box Available: If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages or theft of the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day.
Drop Box NOT Available: If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock or leave the keys inside the car. The customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages to or theft of the vehicle and locksmith fees if they choose to lock the keys in the car). The customer can either choose to return the car the next day the location is open OR change the Drop Off Location to the nearest Regional Airport. Customer is responsible for all charges related to the drop-off modification.

Collision Damage Waiver
In most cases, Damage Waiver is provided with the vehicle as standard. If it is included, it will be stated on your Rental Agreement Form (and in your booking confirmation).
Damage Waiver reduces the amount you pay for each clearly separate incident of damage if the vehicle is damaged (or the amount you pay to replace any keys, accessories or vehicle documents that are lost, stolen or damaged).
The amount you pay for each clearly separate incident of damage will be the lower of a) the applicable cost payable under the Theft, Loss, and Damages Policy; or b) the excess stated on your Rental Agreement Form.
CDW Cost included in the Rental Day
Super Damage Waiver (SCDW)
This additional coverage protects against damage resulting from a collision with another vehicle that is subject to mandatory insurance and belongs to an identified third party.
This coverage is subject to the presentation of:
• a duly completed and signed accident report, or any official document that identifies the third party involved in the accident.
Specific exclusions
The following are excluded from this additional coverage:
• broken windows
• tires
• vehicle accessories, such as: mirrors, headlights, taillights, airbags, etc.
These items remain the responsibility of the renter.

Theft Protection waiver (TP)
In most cases, Theft Protection waiver is provided with the vehicle as standard. If it is included, it will be stated on your Rental Agreement Form (and in your booking confirmation).
Theft Protection waiver reduces the amount you pay if the vehicle is stolen during the rental period.
The amount you pay will be the lower of a) the applicable cost payable under the Theft, Loss, and Damages Policy; or b) the excess stated on your Rental Agreement Form.
This protection covers the total theft of the rented vehicle, not the theft of an item or part of the vehicle.
In the event of theft, the renter remains liable for a non-waivable deductible of :
