El cliente debe presentar una tarjeta de crédito que tenga su nombre. La tarjeta debe tener los dígitos en relieve y un límite de crédito adecuado, que se determinará durante el proceso de alquiler.  Avis se reserva el derecho de confirmar que la cobertura de crédito del cliente es adecuada para garantizar el pago en caso de daños y/o robo del vehículo. A valid driving license from the renter's country of residence must be presented in person at the time of rental.  This license must have been held for at least 12 months prior to the rental pick-up date.  Foreign visitors must also present their valid passport.  A valid International Driving Permit (IDP) must also accompany all driving licenses printed in a non-Roman alphabet. 

All forms of documentation must be issued to the same person, in the same name, and presented together at the time of rental.

Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country.  Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance.

Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles.  The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental.  Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.

Airport Surcharge of 39.00 USD per rental will apply picking up or returning to TLV.

At this location the minimum age for following car groups are:

• Car groups A, B, C, K - Any renter with a valid drivers license of a least 12 months.
• Car groups D, N - 23 years or older
• Car groups E, P, F, I, J, M - 25 or older 
• All other car car groups - 28 years or older

A Young Driver fee will apply to drivers under 23.  The Young Driver fee is 7.00 USD per day per driver. 

VAT will apply if demanded by law.  Approximate total includes base rate and surcharges. Items such as coupon discounts, child safety seats, cost of insurances (if the quotation is without insurances) and gas are NOT included in the estimated total. Optional coverages and one-way fees are subject to tax in certain locations. This tax is not reflected in the Estimated Total.
