La Exoneración en caso de daños por colisión (CDW) es opcional
El cliente es responsable por el valor total del vehículo Avis si no acepta la póliza de Exoneración en caso de daños por colisión. Con la póliza de CDW, la responsabilidad civil del cliente se reduce a un monto que varía entre PHP 9700 y PHP 18,000, dependiendo del grupo al que pertenezca el vehículo alquilado.

At the time of rental, the driver must present a valid drivers license in the drivers name from their country of residence. Customers presenting a drivers license that is not in English must also present an International Driving Permit (IDP) to serve as a translation in addition to their valid drivers license. The International Driving Permit must be dated within 90 days of arrival in the country.
PAI - Provides the renter & passengers, and the named driver with a specified amount of accidental death insurance and medical coverage for injuries due to an accident while in the Avis vehicle.
Maximum of PHP 50,000.00 per passenger include one unnamed driver in case of accidental death.
