Dependiendo del grupo al que pertenezca el vehículo alquilado, se aplicará una retención en la tarjeta de pago por un monto de entre 700.00 USD y 2,500.00 USD. Debido a las políticas locales sobre tarjetas de crédito, tiene que cobrarse una parte del monto total del alquiler a la tarjeta de crédito.

Additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the primary driver. The charge for the additional driver is USD 2.50/day, plus tax unless the additional driver is the spouse. Underage fees do apply.
Minimum rental age is 18 for all car groups. Maximum rental age is 75. An underage driver fee of 20.00 USD per day plus tax will apply for renters age 18 to 20.

Cars can be returned to other Avis locations within this country. Luxury, Full Size Van and Special groups are not allowed to be driven in the Sierra Mountains of Peru. Economy cars are not allowed outside the city of Lima. Vehicles are not available for one-way rentals outside this country.
