La póliza de Exoneración en caso de daños por colisión (CDW)/Protección contra robo (TP) es opcional
El cliente es responsable del valor total del vehículo si no adquiere la cobertura de Exoneración en caso de daños por colisión (CDW)/Protección contra robo (TP). La póliza de CDW/TP reduce la responsabilidad civil a un monto entre 1,000.00 EUR y 2,000.00 EUR, dependiendo del vehículo alquilado en caso de accidente o robo del vehículo de Avis. El seguro no cubre los neumáticos.
Nota: Si el cliente no acepta la póliza CDW & TP, Avis reservará el valor total del vehículo más los cargos de alquiler en la tarjeta de crédito del cliente.
Si requiere de cobertura adicional, puede adquirirla en su localidad para reducir/eliminar el monto de exceso del seguro. Solicite más información en el mostrador de alquiler de Avis cuando pase a recoger su vehículo.
Las coberturas de seguro globales siempre están sujetas a cambio. Verifique al momento del alquiler.
Las siguientes tarjetas de crédito son aceptadas: Tarjeta de pago American Express, Visa, MasterCard y AVIS.
Para los grupos de vehículos J, L, M y N, el cliente debe tener 2 tarjetas de crédito de distintos proveedores de servicios. Con la tarjeta de pago Avis (tarjeta de representante autorizado y de nombre relacionado), no se aplica el requisito de las dos tarjetas de crédito.El cliente o conductor debe poseer licencia de conducir por lo menos de un año para todos los grupos de autos. Además de licencia de conducir, el cliente debe poder proporcionar documentos de identificación adicionales (como pasaporte o tarjeta de identificación)

Al comienzo del alquiler se tomará una autorización previa/depósito de garantía de su tarjeta de crédito, y la cantidad se determinará según lo siguiente:

Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance.
Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.
Depending on when you cancel your booking, you may be charged either a cancellation fee or a non-cancellation fee. The fee is calculated taking into account the type of booking, the amount of notice you have given and the location where you would have picked up your vehicle
Before midnight on day of booking:
"Pay now" booking: No fee for cancellation, we will give you a full refund
"Pay at location" booking: No fee
At least 3 complete days before pick-up
"Pay now" booking: The lower of (i) the full amount you paid us, or (ii) 50 EUR
"Pay at location" booking: No fee
Less than 3 complete days before pick-up
"Pay now" booking: The lower of (i) the full amount you paid us, or (ii) 3 days' worth of your booking
"Pay at location" booking: No fee
On day of pick-up, or if you do not cancel and fail to show-up
"Pay now" booking: No refund. We will retain the full amount
"Pay at location" booking: 65 EUR
Out of office service fee applies 6:15 PM - 8:15 AM 32.00 EUR per pick-up/drop-off.
Tallinn Port office delivery and collection fee 40.00 EUR per pick-up/drop-off.
Tallinn Hotels delivery and collection fee 40.00 EUR per pick-up/drop-off.
Minimum age 21 years, exceptions:
Car groups A, B - minimum age 19
Car groups J, L, M, N, O, P - minimum age 25
Young Driver Fee will apply to drivers under the age of 25. The Young Driver fee is EUR 10.00 per day per driver, maximum 10 day chargre. EUR 10.00 per day per driver, maximum 10 day charge.
All hired cars are given to the customer with a full tank of fuel. In case of returning the car without a full tank of fuel refuelling will be charged for 2.90 EUR per litre.
Fuel up front service (prepaid fuel) can be purchased at the counter with regular fuel station prices.
In cities: Tallinn, Pärnu, Tartu, Johvi
Delivery and collection to and from hotels and addresses between 09:00-17:00 is available for a charge of 30 Euro. Outside of hours mentioned above additional 40 Euro will be applied for meet late arrival/out of hours service.

Vehicle delivery and collection service outside of above mentioned cities can be ordered only on request basis.
Cross boarder rentals outside from Baltics (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) is not allowed.
Driving the vehicle outside of the Baltic States is available on a request basis only. We do not permit our vehicles to travel to the following counties: Belarus, Ukraine, Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States CIS. Cross Border charge of EUR 0.19 per kilometer is applied for driving outside of The Baltic States
Full Credit Voucher rentals are accepted.
Fixed value vouchers require the renter to present an Avis-honored charge card as a guarantee.
Exception: Premium vehicle (car group L) Renter must present two Avis-honored charge cards.
Prepayment: Estimated cost of rental plus 20%, minimum of 1,500.00 EEK
