Avis For Business Program Terms and Conditions

• Membership to the Avis For Business program is available to small and mid-size businesses in the U.S.
• The Avis For Business program provides discounts, earned Reward Days*, and/or an Amazon.com Gift Card** based on car rentals with your Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number at participating US locations.
• Reward Days are earned based on completing qualifying rental days as stated in your Program Benefits.
• To earn Reward Days, you must reserve with your Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number.
• A qualifying rental day is defined as a fully paid, completed rental of one full day’s time-and-mileage charges, at a participating location.
• Additional hour charges for periods of less than one day cannot be combined to equal a day.
• Avis Flex (mini lease program) rentals earn one Reward Day for every 30 rental days in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii) and Canada.
• Reward Day coupons are issued electronically on a monthly basis.
• Certain rates may charge a per-mileage fee.
• Additional discount offer applies to time-and-mileage charges only, is subject to vehicle availability at the time of rental, and may not be available on some rates at some times.
• Misuse of a company's AWD number, in the sole judgment of Avis, will disqualify that company from future participation in the program.
• Avis reserves the right to terminate the program and the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Reward Day coupons at any time without notice

*Avis Reward Day Coupon Terms and Conditions

• Rental Day coupons are valid at participating Avis locations in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii at all times and the New York Metro area for Friday and Saturday pick-ups), Canada, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, Europe (excluding Germany), Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
• Reward Day coupons entitle the intended recipient to one day’s daily time and mileage charges on the following car classes;
• U.S. – Economy, Compact, Intermediate, Standard, Full-Size and Premium
• Canada, Puerto Rico, Australia and New Zealand – Economy, Compact, Intermediate, Standard, and Full-Size
• U.S. Virgin Islands – Compact, Intermediate, Standard and Full-Size
• Europe (excluding Germany) and South Africa – Economy, Compact and Intermediate
• The following car classes are excluded: Economy and Premium in some countries, Luxury, Intermediate SUV, Standard SUV, Standard Elite SUV, Full-Size SUV, Premium, Convertible, Minivan, Passenger Van and Signature Series.
• Taxes, concession recovery fees, vehicle license recovery fee, customer facility charges ($10/contract in CA) may apply and are the responsibility of the bearer.
• Optional products such as LDW ($29.99/day or less) and refueling are extra.
• A redemption fee may apply.
• A 24 advance reservation with your AWD# number and Reward Day coupon number is required on avis.com or by calling 1-800-831-8000.

**Amazon.com Gift Card reward Terms and Conditions

• For a limited time, Avis For Business will send an Amazon.com Gift Card to the primary contact’s email address.
• The Amazon.com Gift Card will be sent monthly and the amount will be based on the time and mileage charges of completed rentals for the previous month.
• Rentals for less than 2 days will not be eligible for this Amazon.com Gift Card offer.
