Avis accepts most major credit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Carte Blanche, Diner's Club International, and Diner's Club with MasterCard logo.

Small Business Accounts have the option of using one of four easy billing plans:

• Avis Central Billing reduces your administrative workload by generating a single monthly statement of all rental charges. ($3,500 or more in annual Avis rental expenditures or about 20 rentals per year plus credit approval is required for Central Billing).
• Avis Authorized Representative Cards generic charge cards imprinted with your account number and company name, can be used by any authorized company representative - perfect for infrequent travelers or those who don't have personal credit cards.
• Avis Company Travel Order Vouchers can be used by authorized representatives of your company for a particular rental.
• Global Electronic Billing lets you charge rentals for visiting VIPs, new recruits, job applicants or outside consultants directly to your Central Billing account - with your guaranteed corporate rate. (Minimum of 20 travelers needed to qualify for Global Electronic Billing).

Each of these options provides a single monthly statement that details each company rental transaction including renter's name, date and location of rental, Avis charge card number, and rental agreement number. With monthly billing, you can easily assign costs to the appropriate job or client.
