Depending on car group rented the charge card hold will be the estimated amount of the rental plus a security deposit of between 500.00 USD to 2000.00 USD.

A valid driving license from the renters country of residence and passport must be presented in person at the time of rental.  This license must have been held for at least one year prior to the rental pick-up date.  Ukrainian citizen must have internal Ukrainian Passport. If a customer is not a citizen of Ukraine, he/she must provide a foreign passport with a stamp for crossing the border with Ukraine. Additionally, all driving licenses must be accompanied by a valid International Driving Permit (IDP).  All forms of documentation must be issued to the same person, in the same name, and presented together at the time of rental.

Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country.  Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance.

How old do I need to be to drive a rental vehicle?

To drive our vehicles, you and all of your drivers need to be at least 21 years old and have held a full, valid driving license for at least 1 year at the start of your rental. For the rental of a selection of vehicles, if you have a Mou'v card, you and all of your drivers need to be at least 19 years old and have held a full, valid driving license for at least 1 year at the start of your rental. 

I am under 25 do I need to pay a young driver surcharge?

If you or any of your drivers are under 25 when you pick up the vehicle, you will each have to pay  a young driver surcharge. The cost for is 32,60 EUR per day, for each driver.
If you rent the vehicle for more than 10 days, you will only be charged for a maximum of 10 days and get cover for the duration of your rental, up to 30 days.

Are there any maximum age restrictions?

No, so long as you hold a full, valid driving license for at least 1 year.
