COUNTER: Airline Passengers Follow signs to the baggage claim area in the lower level. Proceed through exit doors in area B of the lower level for the common Rental Car Shuttle bus operated by the airport. The courtesy bus will take you to the Consolidated Rental Car Facility. Proceed inside to the counter. Common bus runs every 5 - 7 minutes. The airport operates the shuttle to accommodate all flights.
Local Renters Proceed directly to the Consolidated Rental Car Facility. From Airport Highway, follow the Car Rental Return signs. Go past the Car Rental Return Ramp to the front of the Consolidated Rental Car Facility. 15-min free parking is available in front of the building.
VEHICLES: Located at the Consolidated Rental Car Facility.
RETURNS: Same as pick-up.

When the time comes to return your car rental at Baltimore airport, simply head back to the BWI car rental facility, and follow signs to return your vehicle to the Rental Car Return lot. Upon completion of your rental car return, catch the free shuttle back to the main airport.
