To use our free pick-up service, call your A rental location directly at the location phone number listed on your reservation confirmation. Pick-up service policies (hours of availability, allowable pick-up distance, etc.) vary by location so it's important that you call the location and make arrangements for pick-up at least 24 hours before your desired rental time. When you call the location, be ready to provide all applicable information including precise address, exact time of pick up, and a phone number where you can be reached at that time.
Please note that an off-airport Budget location cannot pick you up at an airport that has a Budget location. In this case, either you must rent your car at the airport location, or provide your own transportation to the off-airport location where you prefer to rent

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is Optional
Depending on car group rented, customer is liable for an amount ranging between 19,000.00 USD and 51,500.00 USD if Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not taken. Purchase of CDW reduces liability to an amount between 900.00 EUR and 3500.00 EUR depending on car group rented in the event of an accident to the Avis vehicle.
Theft Protection (TP) is Optional
Depending on car group rented, customer is liable for an amount ranging between 19,000.00 USD and 51,500.00 USD if Theft Protection (TP) is not taken. Purchase of TP reduces liability to an amount between 900.00 EUR and 3500.00 EUR depending on car group rented for theft of parts or all of the Avis vehicle, dur to storm, fire or explosion.
Note: If you require additional insurance coverage you may purchase locally to reduce/remove the insurance excess. Just ask at the Avis rental desk when you collect your car.

Drivers License
The renter must have held a valid driver's licence for at least one year. The renter must present valid driver licence at the time of rental. The licence must be valid at the time of the rental and remain valid throughout the rental period. International driver license is required for licenses in non-Roman Alphabet.
For car groups H, J, L and M two valid presonal credit cards are required.
Personal Accident Insurance
Public Liability and Property Damage
Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance.
Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.
