Avis renters must call Avis "Know Before You Go" at 1-800-297-4447 prior to departure from the U.S. to obtain and carry with them the country-specific toll-free numbers as they are NOT available anywhere in Europe.
You must give your Rental Agreement number to access Avis "On Call" assistance during your rental period.
