Now through May 31, Avis "Club Red" members can earn $5 for every booked rental of five days or longer. Agents can also earn $5 for every rental of three days or more in 13 European destinations including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. "We're giving agents another way to earn extra incentives in the U.S. and Europe," said Kaye Ceille, senior vice president of worldwide travel partnership sales for Avis Budget Group, parent company of Avis. "As spring travel begins, we have decided to extend this promotion to let travel agents earn extra cash and, provide their clients with a premium car rental service."
This extended promotion is the latest in a series of benefits for Club Red members. Members can also automatically earn $5 when they book three days or more from Avis' exclusive 'Cool Car Collection' that includes the 2008 Chevrolet Corvette convertible, the newest member of the fleet. The collection also features the Nissan Altima, Ford Escape SUV and Toyota Prius gas/electric hybrids, the Cadillac CTS, Hummer H3, Lincoln MKX, Chrysler Crossfire and other fun-to-drive vehicles.
