| How to obtain this service |
| Avis renters must call Avis "Know Before You Go" at
1-800-297-4447 prior to departure from the U.S. to obtain and carry with them the country-specific toll-free numbers as they are NOT available anywhere in Europe. You must give your Rental Agreement number to access Avis "Message Center" assistance during your rental period. |

| Leaving and Retrieving Messages |
| The renter can leave or retrieve messages by calling the toll-free number provided to them 24 hours a day, 7days a week, and giving their name. Similarly, parties in the U.S. wishing to leave the renter a message (or retrieve messages left for them by the renter) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, can do so by calling
1-800-297-4447 and giving the renter’s name. In both cases, they will speak directly with an Avis representative who is more than happy to assist any time of the day or night. |
